New Orleans is a really great city, it has great music and gorgeous houses but what I'm here to talk about is the food, which is absolutely amazing. One particular place really stood out to me, and that was Cochon. A great take on classic New Orleans flavors and styles with a refreshingly modern twist. We went there for brunch, but really ordered as if it were dinner, New Orleans is not the place to go on a diet, but is the place to do some amazing eating. I strongly recommend that if you do happen to be in New Orleans that you stop by Cochon as well as John Besh's August and Brigstens. The pictures below are of what we had.
