Thanks and Answers...

I have been getting a lot of great support after last Sundays show so I just wanted to thank you, I love reading your comments and emails! I cannot directly answer all so I thought I would answer a few questions here. First, the recipe of Stewed Chicken with White Beans and Roasted Tomatoes over Pine Nut Apricot Coucous is here. Starting a blog can be simple, if you have a passion and you know a lot about that subject it will come through. If you know a lot about one kind of cooking, I would suggest you start there because you will be able to elaborate on the subject.  The herbs I used were, Bay Leaves, Tarragon and Parsley. I'm so honored to have inspired some kids out there, keep cooking guys!
Thanks for all of your positive words!
If you have other questions you can comment and I will try my best to answer in another post.
I wish you good cooking.

  1. I just watched you on Food(ography)and singed up as a blogger to tell you this...

It is amazing at what you do and I love your passion for cooking. Passion and pride is the perfect ingredient for success, and you blend the two harmoniously! * * * * * = 5 Stars!

You remind me of me when I was young, because I used to watch cooking shows (Martha Stewart and Emril) starting at age 8... and to this day (almost 22) I have been following my passion ever since- soon to kick start a creative new business food concept ;)

I want to share my secret with you to AMAZING new food ideas.
Get the book called "The Flavor Bible" by: Karen Page and Andrew Dornenburg.
(I am not a promoter of this or anything, just my BIBLE to creativity!)

Keep doing what you are- follow your nose and dazzle your palate! Your future is looking bright-- and thanks for the inspiration too!
