I wish more kids had the good sense and taste to learn to cook proper meals instead of eating the junk advertised on TV. Bravo! You go girl! I hope you have your own show someday soon.
ReplyDeleteWow - I wish I could find a video for this spot on Foodography. I teach 6th graders and you are so articulate and wonderful - you represent your age group so well!! I cannot believe your knowledge of food! If a video becomes available, PLEASE post it so that I may show my students - they would really enjoy seeing it. Good job!
ReplyDeleteI'm a huge Food(ography) fan and I just saw your segment! What a great job! I also taught myself to cook by watching Food Network (although in college, not at 13. What an awesome head start you've got!) I said to my boyfriend "This girl is adorable and I hope someday I'll have a daughter so into food!" I'm also a NYC food blogger and I thought your personality and intellect shone on the show! Congratulations! I'll be following your blog now! :)

ReplyDeleteJust saw your segment on Foodography the other night. You are adorable and an inspiration to kids and adults alike. Other people have commented on this and my husband and I totally agree...you need your own cooking show! Can't wait to check out the rest of your blog.
ReplyDeleteCurrently watching the Food(ography) episode that you were on. I think it is amazing that you learned to cook at such a young age. I didn't start watching Food Network until I was in college and now at 24 I am finally learning how to cook. I wish I had know even half of what you know at your age.
ReplyDeleteI also enjoy blogging and photographing what I cook and if you'd like you can stop by my blogspot and check it out.
