Cooking and Mostly Eating in Paris.

I took a trip to Paris this month, all I really wanted to do was eat, after all, Paris is not such a bad place to do it. I also took two classes at the famed french chef Alain Ducasse's cooking school, which is amazing. Classes are completely in french, a language I barley speak and are also all adults. So, I squeezed my way into a class of a bunch of old-er french people put on my apron and relied only  on the visual of food to get through successfully. And, that being said I think I did pretty well considering. I took two classes one was "La Grande Cusine" and one was a class devoted to sweets and such. The cooking school is really beautiful, they're four kitchens in the building, all fully supplied by Miele and are just really spotless and gorgeous. The instructors really no what they are doing and teach some great french dishes. Overall, it's a great place and some great food!
